• Because our products are custom made after you place your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

• In such cases, we will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Report Issues

• Please provide a clear photo showing the defect or error along with your order number.

• We will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

• We cover the shipping costs for returns in case of defective or incorrect items.

• For other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
