At LAGUVI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand service, we only offer refunds or exchanges in specific situations as outlined below.

🛑 All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
Changing your mind after the order has been placed
Delayed shipping due to carrier or production issues beyond our control

✅ Refunds or Replacements Are Only Available If:

1. Your item arrives damaged or defective
2. You receive the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered)
3. There is a significant printing issue (misprint, off-center, etc.)

📸 Proof Required

To process a refund or replacement, please email josephcarlor45@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and let you know if it qualifies for a replacement or refund.

⏳ Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For replacements, we will send a new item at no additional cost.

❗ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Items with no proof of damage or issue
